Doctor had perforated our client's bowel during surgery, client was expected to go home the day after surgery but her condition grew worse and she remained in the hospital. After three days in the hospital she required intubation in order to breathe, she grew worse, and eight days after her laproscopic surgery she was seen by thoracic surgeons who operated immediately and found diffuse peritonitis from the nicked bowel.
