Assisted Reproductive Technology

Assisted reproductive technology (ART) is any kind of process designed to generate a pregnancy that involves some sort of medical or scientific procedure as well as a gestational carrier. This includes in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer, gamete intrafallopian transfer, zygote intrafallopian transfer and frozen embryo transfer.  Often, consulting with an attorney who is well versed in ART law is a great way to help Intending Parents, Gestational Carriers and Donors understand the process and their rights as well as with obtaining the correct legal documents for their situation.
